Please read our cancellation policy before you decide to book a tee time.
Cancellation Policy:
- We require that that the person who made the tee time phone the Pro Shop a minimum of four hours prior in order to cancel the tee time without incurring a penalty.
- A cancellation fee of $20 will be charged to the cardholder of the person who reserved the tee time if the booking can not be refilled with less than four hours notice
- The Pro Shop can be contacted 24 hours a day at (250) 573-2453. If the Pro Shop is closed please leave a message stating your request for cancellation and all other relevant information.
